The Pages section in Orbit allows you to create and manage the content pages of your storefront, such as About, Contact, and Delivery & Returns. Each page is built with the drag-and-drop page builder, so you can design exactly how it looks without writing any code.

From here you can view all your pages in one place, create new ones, edit and duplicate existing pages, publish or unpublish them, set a page as your homepage, and delete pages you no longer need.

Accessing Pages

To access Pages:

  • From the left-hand menu, go to Storefront.

  • Select Pages.

The Pages page will open, showing a list of your storefront pages.

Pages overview

The Pages list shows every content page in your store. Each row displays the following columns:

  • Page — the title of the page. Your homepage is marked with a home icon next to its name.

  • Handle — the URL path for the page, such as /about-us or /contact.

  • Visibility — the current status of the page: Published, Draft, or Archived.

  • Updated — when the page was last changed.

The status badges tell you whether a page is live:

  • Published — the page is live and visible to your customers.

  • Draft — the page is hidden from your customers while you work on it.

  • Archived — the page has been retired and is no longer shown in your store.

Add filters

Use Add Filter to narrow down the list, for example by page status, so you can focus on just your published or draft pages.

Search pages

Use the Search field to find a page by name or handle. This is useful when your store has a large number of pages.

Creating a new page

To create a new page:

  1. Click Create page in the top right of the Pages list.

  2. The page builder will open, where you can design your page using drag-and-drop sections and content blocks.

  3. Give the page a title and set its handle, then add and arrange the content you want.

  4. Save the page as a draft to keep working on it, or publish it to make it live in your store.

Editing a page

To edit a page, click its row in the list. The page opens in the page builder, where you can change its content, layout, title, and handle. Save your changes to update the page.

Duplicating a page

You can duplicate an existing page to use it as a starting point for a new one. This saves time when you want a new page that shares the same layout or structure. The copy is created as a draft, so you can edit it before publishing.

Publishing and unpublishing

Publishing a page makes it live and visible to your customers. Unpublishing a page sets it back to draft, so it is hidden from your store while you make changes. You can change a page's status at any time, either from the page itself or by selecting it in the list.

Setting a page as your homepage

You can set any published page as your storefront homepage. The page that is currently set as your homepage is marked with a home icon next to its name in the list. Setting a new homepage replaces the previous one.

Deleting a page

If you no longer need a page, you can delete it. Deleted pages are moved to trash and can be restored later if you change your mind. Be careful when deleting pages, as customers will no longer be able to view them once they are removed from your store.

Why Pages are important

Content pages give your customers the information they need to trust and buy from your store, from your delivery and returns policy to your contact details and your brand story.

By using the Pages section, you can:

  • Build essential pages such as About, Contact, and Delivery & Returns

  • Design each page exactly how you want with the drag-and-drop page builder

  • Control which pages are live with Published, Draft, and Archived statuses

  • Choose which page customers see first by setting your homepage

  • Keep your content up to date by editing, duplicating, and removing pages as your store grows

The Pages section gives you full control over the content of your storefront, all from one place.
