Orders | Printing Packing Slips & Pick Lists

Turn selected orders into printed paperwork: branded packing slips for the box and a consolidated, bin-sorted pick list for the shelf run.

Two documents keep a fulfilment day moving: the packing slip that goes in each box, and the pick list that tells you what to pull from the shelves. Both are printed from the Orders page.

Selecting orders

  1. On Orders, tick the orders you are working with — typically everything paid and unfulfilled.

  2. Choose Print packing slips or Print pick list from the bulk-action bar. The document opens in a print-ready view; use your browser's print dialog as normal.

Packing slips

One page per order, branded with your store name and logo: order number and date, ship-to and bill-to addresses, the items with photos and quantities, and your store's contact details in the footer. Fold it into the box and the customer has everything but the receipt email.

Pick lists

One consolidated document for the whole run: every item to collect, sorted by bin location, with the quantities to pick and the orders included at the bottom. Partially fulfilled orders only print their remaining units, so reprinting after a partial shipment is always safe.

Tips

  • Pick first, then print slips for the same selection — the list empties the shelves, the slips fill the boxes.

  • Bin locations come from your inventory setup; items without a bin print as “No bin”, so assign bins as you grow (see Inventory | Picking & Cycle Counts).
