Orders | Exporting Orders

Get your orders out to CSV for accounting, analysis or migration — filtered to exactly the slice you need.

The Export button on the Orders page turns your order data into a CSV you can open anywhere — your accountant's favourite feature.

Exporting what you actually need

  1. Filter first: set the date range, status or customer filters on the Orders list before exporting. The export respects your filters, so “March, paid orders” exports exactly that.

  2. Select Export. The file downloads with one row per order and the columns matching the list — number, date, customer, totals, statuses, items.

Common uses

  • Accounting — monthly order exports for the books, paired with payout data from Payments → Payouts.

  • Analysis — pivot by product, day or customer in your spreadsheet of choice.

  • Backup and migration — your order history, in your hands, whenever you want it.

Tips

  • Export monthly rather than annually — smaller files, easier reconciliation.

  • Import is right next to Export for bulk creation — but for day-to-day data-out needs, the filtered export is what you want.
