Discounts | Scheduling & Reporting
Start and end promotions automatically, then read which codes actually earned their discount — usage counts and dates do the bookkeeping.
Promotions have lifetimes and performance. Both are managed from the Discounts list and the discount's own settings.

Scheduling
The Active dates section sets when a discount starts and ends. Schedule the Black Friday code on Tuesday, sleep through Friday midnight, and it switches itself on and off exactly on time. A discount with no end date runs forever — set one unless you truly mean forever.
Reading performance
The list shows each discount's usage next to its limit (0 / ∞ until you set one). That count, per code, is your campaign report card:
Give every channel its own code (EMAIL20, INSTA20) and usage tells you which channel earned it.
A code with near-zero usage was promoted nowhere — or somewhere broken. Check before concluding the offer was wrong.
Drafts
Save a discount as a draft while you think — drafts never apply at checkout. Prepare the whole quarter's calendar as drafts, then flip them active on schedule or by hand.
Tips
End dates are non-negotiable for shared codes — coupon sites never forget, and an ancient live code leaks margin for years.
