Bookings | Managing the Calendar

The Bookings calendar is your appointment diary: see every booking by month, add manual bookings, and run the day from one view.

Bookings in the sidebar opens your appointment calendar — service appointments and time blocks for the store, in one view.

Reading it

  • Calendar view — the month grid; every booking lands on its day. Step months with the arrows, jump back with Today.

  • List view — the same bookings as a flat list, better for working through a queue than seeing the shape of a week.

Working with it

  • Open any booking for its detail: the customer, the service, the slot, their contact — everything the front desk needs.

  • Block time marks stretches unavailable (holidays, training) so no booking lands there — see Bookings | Availability & Service Hours.

  • Phone-in bookings? Take the booking yourself against the service — the calendar updates like any other.

Tips

  • Start the day on the calendar: today's bookings with names and times, before the door opens.

  • A fully-booked day is a pricing signal — capacity and duration on the service product are where you adjust.
