Bookings | Availability & Service Hours
Your weekly hours, holidays and blocked time decide when customers can book — set them once and the calendar enforces them.
The booking calendar only offers times you have declared workable. That declaration lives in two places: standing weekly hours in Settings, and one-off blocks on the calendar itself.
Weekly service hours
Settings → Service Hours holds your normal week: which days you take bookings and the hours on each. This is the recurring frame — Monday to Friday, 9 to 5, closed Sundays, whatever your operation runs.
Blocking time
Life intervenes on the frame: holidays, staff training, a day of site visits. The Block time button on the Bookings calendar marks any span unavailable — no slot opens across it, whatever the weekly hours say.

How the pieces combine
A customer sees a slot only when it is: within your service hours, not blocked, beyond the product's lead time, and not already booked to capacity. You never have to police the calendar — the rules do it.
Tips
Block the year ahead's holidays in one sitting now — discovering a booking on your flight day is worse.
Hours changed seasonally? Update Service Hours rather than hand-blocking weeks at a time.
