Catalogues are per-company price books. Assign one to a company and its contacts see those negotiated prices when they buy. B2B features require the Enterprise plan.

The Catalogues list

Find it under Customers → Catalogues. Each catalogue shows its status, currency and how many price overrides it holds. Create as many as you need — one per pricing tier is a common pattern (“Trade Partner Prices”, “Hospitality Volume Pricing”).

Inside a catalogue

  • Details — the catalogue name and its currency. All negotiated prices are in this currency.

  • Price overrides — an exact price for a specific product. Overrides always win over rules.

  • Pricing rules — price whole groups at once: a percentage off, an amount off, or a fixed price, applied to a category, tag, brand or single product. A rule for a specific product wins over group rules; otherwise the rule giving the lowest price applies.

  • Price preview — check the effective price for any product before the catalogue reaches a customer.

  • Product visibility — control which products companies on this catalogue can see and buy.

Putting it to work

  1. Create the catalogue as a draft and add your rules and overrides.

  2. Check a few representative products in Price preview.

  3. Set the catalogue active, then assign it to a company from the company's record (Customers → Companies → the company → Pricing catalogue).

Tips

  • Start with one broad rule (for example 15% off a category) and add per-product overrides only where the negotiation demands it — far less to maintain.

  • Keep catalogues in your store's base currency unless the account genuinely trades in another.
