B2B | Companies
Create company records for your business customers — with tax IDs, pricing catalogues, contacts and order history in one place. Requires the Enterprise plan.
Companies are your B2B customers — businesses that buy on negotiated terms. Each company record holds its details, pricing catalogue, contacts and orders in one place. B2B features require the Enterprise plan.
The Companies list

Find it under Customers → Companies. Every company shows its status, tax ID and your ERP/CRM reference (External ID) for easy matching with your other systems. Search by name to jump to an account.
Creating a company

Select New company.
Enter the company name, its Tax ID (VAT) for invoicing, and an optional External ID — your ERP or CRM identifier for the account.
Add an internal note if useful (“net-30 terms agreed May 2026”). Notes are never shown to the buyer.
The company record

Details — name, tax ID, external ID, note and default location. Edit any time and Save.
Pricing catalogue — assign a catalogue to give this company its negotiated prices. Only active catalogues are shown; with no catalogue the company pays base prices. See B2B | Catalogs & Price Lists.
Contacts — add a customer as a contact to let them buy for this company. Contacts order through your storefront and their purchases roll up to the company.
Orders — the company's order history.
Tips
Fill in the Tax ID before the first invoice — it is printed on B2B paperwork.
Use External ID consistently (your ERP's account number) so reconciliation stays one-to-one.
Suspend an account by changing its status, rather than deleting it — order history is preserved either way.
