The seasonal effect plugins add a bit of theatre to your storefront: a wintery snowfall, celebratory confetti for a birthday sale, falling hearts for Valentine's week, and similar one-note joys for Halloween and Easter.
Using them
Find the effect in Plugins (they're all free) and install it.
Open the plugin and choose where the effect runs — any storefront page, or just the homepage while the campaign lasts.
Save. The effect is live; uninstall or deactivate to switch it off.
Restraint notes (from everyone who's overdone it)
Subtle beats heavy: a gentle snow drift charms; a blizzard buries your buy button.
Date-bound it — schedule yourself a reminder to turn it off. Snow in March reads as neglect, not whimsy.
Check it on mobile — effects that delight on desktop can distract on a small screen.
Tips
Pair the effect with a matching announcement bar (Storefront → announcement bar in the page builder) — theatre plus message is the full effect.
