Download your payment tax forms and financial statements from the Documents page — everything your accountant needs, in one place.
Payments → Documents collects the paperwork your Orbit Payments account generates: tax forms and statements from Stripe, our payments partner. It is the page your accountant will ask about at year end.
What you will find
Tax forms — the forms issued for your payment activity where your jurisdiction requires them.
Statements — financial statements summarising processed volume, fees and payouts for a period.
Documents appear here automatically as they are issued; select one to download it. The page requires Orbit Payments to be connected — until then it points you at Payment Settings (see Setting Up Orbit Payments).
Tips
Documents live with the payments account, not a team member — anyone with payments access can download them.
For order-level records (invoices, refunds), use the Orders and Transactions pages; Documents is for account-level tax and statement files.
