Page Builder | Text

The Text element adds a block of rich text to your page. Use it for paragraphs, descriptions, and any body copy that tells your customers about your store and products. You can format the text with bold, italics, lists, and links to make it easy to read.

Adding a Text element

To add a Text element to your page:

• In the toolbox on the far left, click Elements.

• Find Text in the Basic group, or search for it.

• Drag it onto the canvas and drop it where you want it.

Content settings

Select the Text element and open the Content tab in the settings panel to edit:

• Text — the words shown in the block. Click into the text on the canvas to type directly and use the formatting toolbar for bold, italics, lists, and links, or edit the text here.

• HTML tag — the wrapper used for the text, such as a paragraph or a div. This affects how the text is structured and read by search engines.

Design settings

Open the Design tab to style the Text element, including its typography, colour, alignment, and spacing. You can set the font, size, and weight yourself, or have the text inherit your global theme styles so all your copy stays consistent.
