The Counter element shows a number that counts up to a value you set, with a title beneath it. Use it to highlight figures such as happy customers, orders shipped, or years in business in an engaging, animated way. A counting number draws attention to a statistic and makes it feel more impressive.

Adding a Counter

To add a Counter to your page:

  • In the toolbox on the far left, click Elements.

  • Open the Advance group and find Counter, or search for it.

  • Drag it onto the canvas and drop it where you want it.

Content settings

Select the Counter and open the Content tab in the settings panel to edit:

  • Start number — the number the counter begins from before it animates upwards.

  • End number — the final number the counter reaches and rests on.

  • Duration — how long the count-up animation takes, in milliseconds.

  • Prefix — text or a symbol shown before the number, such as a currency sign.

  • Suffix — text or a symbol shown after the number, such as a percent sign or a plus.

  • Title — the label shown with the number, describing what it represents.

  • Description — optional extra text shown beneath the title to add more detail.

Design settings

Open the Design tab to style the Counter, including its typography, colours, spacing, and alignment, so it stands out on your page. For a full explanation of the Design and Advanced tabs, see the Element Settings guide.

Why this is useful

An animated counter is an engaging way to show off the numbers that build trust in your store, turning a plain statistic into something customers notice and remember.
