See how your store shows up when shoppers ask ChatGPT, Gemini, Copilot, Perplexity or Claude what to buy — and fix the checks that bring AI shoppers in.

Shoppers increasingly ask AI assistants what to buy. Marketing → AI Shopping shows how your store performs in that new channel: the visits AI assistants send you, and a readiness checklist that decides whether they can recommend you at all.

AI traffic

Visits arriving from ChatGPT, Perplexity, Copilot, Claude and Gemini, matched by their referrer fingerprints over 7, 30 or 90 days. The counter tracks clicks through to your store, not appearances inside AI answers — Google AI Mode traffic arrives as normal Google search and is not claimed here (connect Google Merchant Center for Google impression data).

Store readiness

Live checks on how ready your catalogue is for AI search, each with a fix-it count:

  • Discoverable — AI search crawlers can read your store. If this fails, nothing below matters until it passes.

  • Barcodes (GTINs) — AI assistants match products across the web by barcode first. Add GTINs to as many products as you can.

  • Images — every product covered with real photos.

  • Descriptions — complete, crawlable product descriptions.

  • Google Shopping Feed plugin — installing it keeps a product feed ready for the channels that ask for one.

Tips

  • Work the readiness list top-down — each check compounds the ones above it.

  • Barcodes are the highest-leverage fix: they are how an assistant knows your “Aalto chair” is the same product it saw reviewed elsewhere.
