You can also use the search bar or filters to find a specific blog more easily.
Creating a new blog
To create a new blog:
Go to Blog Posts.
Select Blogs.
Click Add blog.
Enter the blog details.

You will need to complete the following fields:
Title
Enter the name of the blog container.
This title is used to identify the blog in your admin area and may also appear on the storefront depending on your theme or storefront setup.
Description
Add a short description explaining what the blog is for.
The description is optional, but it is useful for keeping your blogs organised and helping your team understand the purpose of each blog.
URL and handle
The handle controls the URL of the blog.
For example, if the handle is: my-blogs
The blog URL will appear as: /blogs/my-blogs
Once the details are complete, click Create blog.
Editing an existing blog
To edit a blog:
Go to Blog Posts.
Select Blogs.
Find the blog you want to update.
Click the three dots menu.
Select Edit.

From the edit page, you can update:
Blog title
Description
URL handle
Custom fields, if configured
After making your changes, save the blog to apply the updates.

Viewing a blog on the storefront
You can view how the blog appears on your storefront by selecting the View option from the blog edit page.
This opens the blog page as customers would see it. The storefront blog page displays published articles within that blog, including details such as the article title, description, date, author, and blog category.

Deleting a blog
To delete a blog:
Go to Blog Posts.
Select Blogs.
Find the blog you want to delete.
Click the three dots menu.
Select Delete.
You can also open the blog, click the three dots menu in the top-right corner, and select Delete blog.
Please note that deleting a blog may affect the articles linked to it or how they appear on the storefront, so only delete blogs when you are sure they are no longer needed.
Custom fields
The blog edit page includes a Custom fields section.
Custom fields allow you to add additional structured information to your blog if your store has custom fields configured. If no custom fields have been created, this section will show that no custom fields are currently defined.
Custom fields are managed from the settings area.

Why Blogs are important
Blogs help you publish useful content for your customers and keep your storefront active with regular updates. They can be used to share announcements, buying guides, product information, industry insights, or general articles that support your brand.
Keeping your blog content organised also makes it easier for customers to browse relevant articles and for your team to manage content in the admin area.
