Getting Started | Choosing a Plan

Every new store starts with a 14-day free trial — no credit card required, and the full feature set is available while you evaluate. When the trial ends, you choose a plan to keep selling.

The plans

Four tiers, monthly or yearly billing (yearly saves 25%):

• Solo — for individuals starting out: 1 staff account, unlimited products, abandoned cart recovery, live chat support.

• Team — for growing businesses: 10 staff accounts, more storage and a lower card rate. The most popular choice.

• Pro — for large businesses: 40 staff accounts, professional reports, priority support and the lowest standard card rate.

• Enterprise — everything in Pro plus B2B (companies and price lists), the OMS operations toolkit (planning, purchasing, picking and fulfilment), checkout customisation, unlimited staff and 1 TB storage.

Current prices are always on the pricing page and in Settings — each plan card lists exactly what is included, including its online card rate.

During the trial

Settings → Plan & Billing shows where you stand: the plan you are trialling, the trial end date, and your usage against plan limits (staff accounts, products, storage, bandwidth). The header pill counts down the days left. To continue after the trial, select a plan and add your payment details — nothing changes until the trial expires.

Choosing or changing your plan

1. Go to Settings → Plan & Billing and select Change Plan.

2. Compare the plan cards and select the one that fits. Your current plan is marked.

3. Add a payment method at checkout to confirm. Upgrades apply immediately; downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period.

Tips

• Estimate your real card volume before choosing — the lower card rates on higher tiers can pay for the plan by themselves.

• B2B and the operations toolkit are Enterprise-only, so wholesale or warehouse-heavy businesses should trial those features early.

• Yearly billing saves 25% and you can switch from monthly at any renewal.
