Processing Orders

Turn orders into happy customers with efficient order processing.

Order Dashboard

Access orders at Orders in your dashboard.

Order Status - **Pending**: Awaiting payment - **Confirmed**: Payment received - **Processing**: Being prepared - **Shipped**: In transit - **Delivered**: Completed - **Cancelled**: Voided

Viewing an Order

  • Click any order to see:
  • Customer details
  • Items ordered
  • Shipping address
  • Payment information
  • Order timeline

Fulfilling Orders

Single Order 1. Open the order 2. Review items and address 3. Click **Create Shipment** 4. Select shipping carrier 5. Enter tracking number 6. Click **Fulfill**

Bulk Fulfillment 1. Select multiple orders 2. Click **Actions > Fulfill** 3. Upload tracking CSV (optional) 4. Confirm fulfillment

Printing

Packing Slips 1. Open order 2. Click **Print > Packing Slip** 3. Print for the package

Shipping Labels 1. Open order 2. Click **Create Label** 3. Select carrier and service 4. Pay for postage 5. Print label

Order Actions

Edit Order Before fulfillment: - Add/remove items - Change quantities - Apply discounts - Update address

Cancel Order 1. Open order 2. Click **Cancel Order** 3. Choose refund option 4. Confirm cancellation

Refund Order 1. Open order 2. Click **Refund** 3. Select items to refund 4. Enter amount 5. Process refund

Notifications

  • Customers receive automatic emails:
  • Order confirmation
  • Shipping notification
  • Delivery confirmation
